Individual Therapy or counselling services are geared towards enhancing and restoring individual psychosocial functioning. Individual therapy involves working on a one-on-one basis with a therapist to plan and to create positive changes in your life. Our home-like atmosphere and non judgmental approach allows clients of all ages to feel comfortable opening up about their concerns. We provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.
People come in for therapy for a number of different reasons including depression, anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, dissatisfaction with life, eating issues, resolving trauma, or feelings of emptiness. Additionally, ongoing psychotherapy is a common and useful means of self-growth and self-actualization. Therapy can help people to resolve barriers which interfere with positive qualities, such as joy, compassion, peace, self-esteem, spiritual connection, and love.
